Are your people empowered and productive? If not, it's time to break down the hurdles that divide their productivity.
In the next few
weeks, I’d be sharing with you five of my favourite tips to enjoy a managerial
improved productivity.
Here’s the number one of my information: Using Good Reward Systems.
1. Reward good employee performance
Employees improve in productivity when good performance is rewarded
either intrinsically or extrinsically.
2. Increase motivation
Employees will show interest and raise their participation in everyday job tasks, responsibilities when they are motivated.
3. Make employees happy
Incentives for employees prompt them to be more productive because they
create a feeling of pride and achievement. And being successful makes one
happy.
4. Boost employees’ self-esteem
Every success story that’s publicly acknowledged helps employees become
more self-confident. They are proud and are also encouraged to achieve another
successful result.
5. Reward completed project
Putting rewards systems in place for completed projects provide the motivation for employees to meet project deadlines or targets.
6. Improve results
Rewarding employees accomplished result encourages and endorses further
job effort. They lead to superior outcomes for the business.
