Program
and Course Availability
DRS Etiquette & Image
Consulting reserves the right to modify the variety of etiquette and other
programs and training, including dates, times, availabilities and prices
according to the constraints levied by suppliers and partners. DRS Etiquette & Image Consulting also reserves the right to inform the consumer about the above
medications.
In the case of prolonged
unavailability of a seminar, workshop or a class, DRS Etiquette and Image
Consulting will propose to the consumer an equivalent substitute program or the
total reimbursement of the original booked etiquette training package.
Prices
Depending on the consumer's
country of residence prices are given in Naira – Nigeria Currency, Dollars –
United States Dollars and Sterling – United Kingdom Pounds. They are effective
at the time of the order’s validation by the consumer. The prices for etiquette
training packages at DRS Etiquette & Image Consulting do not include the
charge fee for translation costs. For consumers who are not English speakers,
translation costs are an additional cost and will be indicated before the final
validation of the order form.
Payment
The accepted methods of
payment include bank transfer, and cheques payable in any of the currencies
mentioned above, at least three weeks before the etiquette seminar, workshop

Seminars
and Workshops
DRS Etiquette & Image Consulting reserves the right to
modify the training packages at any time. In case of a complete cancellation of a
course by DRS Etiquette & Image Consulting, we commit ourselves to reimburse the whole of the amount of
your training package or to reschedule you to a substitute course.
Languages
DRS Etiquette and Image
Consulting are international. Our etiquette training is given in English and
based upon request it can be translated into French, Russian, Arabic,
Japanese, Chinese or most other languages with translation cost at the client’s
expense.
Indemnity
DRS Etiquette and Image
Consulting are in no way responsible for any loss or damage to personal
property, or financial loss during our training. Any of our consumers shall be
regarded as carrying his or her own risk for personal injury or loss of property
during training.
