Do you know that in
addition to having the most important skills to succeed at work, having good
dining etiquette helps you to give attention to the tiniest of details that
make every business meal a success and establish your credibility and
reputation?
And so today, I'd be
sharing my number two tidbit on Proper Dining Manners.
What's a platter?
According to Wikipedia: A
platter is a large type of dishware used for serving food. It is a tray on
which food is displayed and served to people. Its shape can be oval, round,
rectangular, or square. It can be made of metal, ceramic, plastic, glass or
wood.
The serving platter can
come in gold, silver or white colour. When you are passing the platters around
the table, no matter how hungry you are, be respectful of others at the table,
and only take a fair share. If there are leftovers then you can go back for a
second helping.
