To begin building your confidence, let inspiring confidence in others be a part of your daily living. Help
others sprout both professionally and in terms of personal growth. Stop
comparing yourself to others. Stop feeling intimidated by the accomplishments
of others.
Stop Worrying
Worries, doubts, and anxieties are a normal part of life. It’s natural
to worry about everything. But when “normal” worry becomes excessive and it’s
persistent and uncontrollable it breaks your confidence. So, in your daily
life, get anxious thoughts out of your head, stop negative thinking stop
worrying about your every move and comment and decision and plan and building your confidence would be easy.
Become Very Positive
Confident people are highly positive. To become one, have a positive outlook. Recognize your blessings and bask in gratitude. Open yourself up to new ideas and change. Spend time with positive people. You’re what you think. Practice positive self-talk. Identify your areas of negativity and redirect them.

To build up your confidence, be a person who is often direct in his or her approach to life. Be enterprising. Take initiative
and perceive opportunities.
Overcome Negativity
Focusing on bad things can have an impact on your behaviour
and break your confidence. To build up your confidence, don’t limit your exposure to bad news. Focus on
positive experiences or interactions more than a negative ones, stop concentrating
on the negative aspects of life, fight pessimism and drive happiness.
Build a True Sense of Self
To gain confidence, make time to find out who you are and build your authenticity. Build
your persona from within. Have a positive belief system and a firm moral code. Differentiate
yourself personally and professionally with a great personality and a positive attitude
and optimistic outlook that sets you apart in people's minds. Be best at your
abilities and boost your positive emotion.
Be Content with What You Have
As I’ve said, in the aforementioned comment, recognize your blessings. Bask in
gratitude for what you have achieved at your current state in life. As a person who is willing to build up his or her confidence, if you want to move forward towards a better future and sustainable happiness, practice contentment. Contentment is finding joy in
what we already have in our lives, feeling or showing
satisfaction with our possessions, status, or situation.
Know When to Ask for Help
Highly confident people know when to ask for help and how to do the
asking. To possess a confident attribute, if you're facing a difficult time or situation, something that's causing
depression, high stress and anxiety, and is making it difficult or impossible
for you to be happy in life, seek out professional help.
