There's nothing more infuriating than realizing you’ve been on speakerphone after talking for a while, and only gush knows what you’ve said!
If you must put someone on speakerphone, always ask for their
permission first and telling them who else will be listening to their
conversation. By keeping your callers in the loop, they would be careful not to
talk carelessly. This manner is not only the courteous action to
apply when using the speakerphone but it is also the right thing to do both morally and professionally.
