How to Get Out of A Poor Posture

WHAT DOES YOUR POSTURE SAY ABOUT YOU WHEN YOU STAND OR SIT TALKING TO CLIENTS? GREAT POSTURE IS JUST ONE OF THE WAYS CUSTOMERS WILL ADMIRE YOU. HOW CAN YOU MASTER GOOD POSTURE? READ THE TIPS BELOW.

We all wish to be admired. The desire for approval, appreciation, and acceptance by clients and customers is a normal part of business and you should maximize it.

So, what’s in the word posture? Posture is the position in which you hold your body while you’re out there standing or sitting and talking to generate new business clients and customers for your business. And this should exude nothing, elegance!

The way you stand is a part of your personal appearance. Just as whether you wear clothes that are right for business affect the way your clients and customers see you, the way you stand also shapes their opinion of you. Did you know that? People who attract the admiration and respect of their customers with ease tend to exhibit different qualities including good posture.

What are the steps you can take to ensure a proper stance and get out of bad posture? Let’s discover a few tips for good posture!

📍Whenever you're standing, make sure you stand comfortably upright with your feet slightly apart.

📍Hold your head straight with your chin parallel to the floor.

📍Balance your body's weight evenly over both feet. Don't tilt forward or backwards.

📍Hold your shoulders up, back, and relaxed.

📍Don't force them back too far or leave them slumped forward.

📍Imagine a line is pulling from the base of your backbone, up through your stomach and your neck, and out the top of your head.

📍Keep your stomach pulled in and your bottom tucked under but relaxed.

📍Let your arms fall freely at your sides with your elbows slightly bent.
