✋Painful, Embarrassing, Posture

Hi love! 

One of the weird things I've seen in my life are people who want to get good at something without putting in the extraordinary and extreme effort. 

If you want to master a skill, practice the activity more, instead of less and that's how you help yourself. 

Anyway, I've got a good posture tip exercise for you today. But, before we dive in, let's talk about the benefits. Do you know that a good posture helps increase your energy levels and decrease weakness in your lungs? Recent studies have shown that having good posture contributes to good health and allow better breathing, reduces stress and back pain. And the best part about having a good posture is that, no more tired muscles after a long day!

To help improve your posture, start doing some exercises, such as the wall exercise:

👉Stand with your back against the wall.

👉Place your arms at your side. 

👉Bend your knees slowly.

👉Slide down the wall to a sitting position. 

👉Concentrate on pressing every point of your spine against the wall. 

Start by practising this exercise today and then, gradually increase to practising 15 times daily.  And carry this image of how the wall feels with you everywhere you go to have a confident posture of an elegant person. 

Don't indulge in lazy behaviour. Remember, perfect practice, makes perfect. So, just keep practising.
