Well, in my opinion, the absence of complaints from your customers doesn’t mean your business needs not an improvement. What you need to do is ask questions and do something about what you find out. And who knows the best experience worth having from your business other than your customers. That’s why today we’re going to look at a great and worthwhile activity to help you learn what’s good and not so good about your business by asking your customers for feedback.

Here are the steps you should take to ask your customers how you can improve your business:⁣⁣⁣

After every six months, I suggest you send out an email to all your customers to ask them for their feedback on the quality of your services.
⁣⁣⁣

Discuss your survey ahead of time with the customers before firing your review questions.
⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
To obtain valuable feedback, don't ask confusing or irrelevant questions. Don’t ask 100 questions. Ask 5 to 7 thoughtful questions. And you can offer the customers incentives for responding to the survey if you have the capacity.

What is the type of questions you should ask?

For example, say "We set very high standards for our business and we pride ourselves in offering quality services. But, if it doesn’t seem so to you that we’re doing this, we’d like to know."

"We’re always looking for ways of improving the products/services that we offer and we would really appreciate some feedback."

Right in the middle of your email, add the following:
