I usually, wash my hands the moment, I go out and come back. Also, I wash my hands before cooking or putting anything in my mouth. So, wash hands regularly with soap and water, at least for 20 seconds.

➨Wash your hands before and after preparing food.
➨Wash your hands after eating.
➨Wash your hands after using the toilet.

➨Wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into a tissue.
