refines our behaviour, it distinguishes us from animals and makes us cultured individual who follows the set of rules that we need to apply while using
public places like leaving the restroom clean and tidy for the other person.
For example, before COVID-19 modern etiquette suggests that we should wash our hands frequently. And now is the time to take our hygiene seriously, and keep away from grossest habits which could poison our health.

I
usually, wash my hands the moment, I go out and come back. Also, I wash my hands
before cooking or putting anything in my mouth. So, wash hands regularly with
soap and water, at least for 20 seconds.
➨Wash
your hands before and after preparing food.
➨Wash
your hands after eating.
➨Wash
your hands after using the toilet.
➨Wash
your hands after bathing before putting food in your mouth.
➨Wash
your hands after coughing or sneezing into a tissue.
➨Wash
your hands after handling body fluid-contaminated waste or laundry.
➨Wash hands whenever they look dirty.
➨Wash
your hands after touching dirty surfaces, flushing the toilet or touching the doorknob.
➨Don’t
touch your eyes, nose, face and mouth with unwashed hands.
➨Make
soap, sanitizing solutions or tissues available for your guests. If anyone visits
you, ask them politely to wash their hands before touching anything in your
home.
