Executive Coaching
Damilola will build a collaborative partnership with you, working to unlock your full capacity and maximizing your personal and professional performance.

As part of this ‘peer-to-peer relationship, Damilola will guide you with powerful and insightful questions, and call upon observations and reflections, in an environment that is confidential and conducive to exploring what is important to you and necessary for your development. Targeted Coaching Program
Using our proprietary ‘Targeted Coaching Framework’ and techniques, our Damilola will work with you to explore, understand and address a specific challenge or help you make the most of an opportunity. Targeted Coaching is an accelerated learning and development technique that seamlessly blends best practices in coaching with appropriate business models, styles, approaches and ways of thinking, to quickly and comprehensively develop understanding and expertise. The programs are specific to your requirements and the sector in which you operate. Targeted Coaching Programs are delivered on a one-to-one basis but depending on the subject area, may also be delivered in small groups.

Team Coaching Programs
Damilola will help you better understand the characteristics of high performing teams and transition your team to become one of them. Team Coaching is a tailored blend of individual coaching, coaching group, group or team facilitation, team building and organizational development.

Even as every project is tailored to your specific needs and requirements, it is often useful to consider teams in the context of the 5 Disciplines of high performing teams, namely:

1.    Commissioning – gaining clarity and agreement with stakeholders and customers on what the team must deliver.
2.    Connecting – engaging and communicating effectively with all key stakeholders
3.    Clarifying – confirming the team’s purpose, objectives, strategy, delivery, and systems.
4.    Co-creating – optimizing both interpersonal and team dynamics, and team culture.
5.    Core Learning – establish mechanisms, by which the team can reflect, learn and integrate learning as part of its development.

All team members included will find our Team Coaching sessions engaging, awareness-raising and enlightening, and due to the nature of the sessions, will also gain all the additional benefits of the experiential learning style. Group Facilitation
Damilola will make it easier and more effective for your management group to unlock their combined knowledge, experience, perspectives, and opinions when focusing on a specific issue, task or project that ultimately impacts business performance.

Group / Board Facilitation sessions are usually focused on one or more of the following:

·         Developing or implementing a strategy.

·         Building consensus for a specific strategy, decision or courses of action.
·         Enhancing group or team effectiveness.

Damilola will guide your group through a structured but flexible process that has been developed specifically to meet your purpose and objectives. Damilola uses her experience and a range of techniques to make the most of the knowledge, experience, perspectives, and opinions of all members of the group.  At appropriate times, Damilola may also ask probing questions, based on their own experience, to provide clarity and confirm understanding.

The sessions are confidential and are structured around your specific needs but will often focus on exploring the opportunities and challenges that you are currently facing, as well as on longer-term strategies. During these sessions, Damilola may also use coaching and other management techniques to enrich the session and enhance the outcome.
